Beginnings

It all began in the early 1990s in my high school NJROTC class. My instructor—an inspiring leader with a deep military and technical background—shared a simple lesson that stayed with me: “If you want to understand computers, read the manual.”

Not long after, my parents bought me an LC575 Macintosh, and I picked up a copy of the Macintosh Bible. I read it front to back, over and over, fascinated by how everything worked. That moment sparked a lifelong passion for technology.

Looking back, that early lesson still holds true. My entire career—from troubleshooting my first Mac to leading enterprise IT teams—has been built on curiosity, discipline, and the willingness to dig in and truly understand how things work.

Enterprise Focus

My career in technology has taken me from deep hands-on work to the front lines of leadership. At Meta, I had the privilege of working with an incredible team to build and shape world-class IT operations. That experience taught me what great IT can look like—and what great teams can accomplish when they’re empowered.

Since then, I’ve spent years bringing that same vision to startups and growing companies. I’ve refined systems, built teams from scratch, and mentored the next wave of IT talent. The more I grew as a leader, the more I realized that my purpose wasn’t just to run IT teams—it was to elevate them.

Somewhere along the way, I discovered my true calling: helping organizations unlock their potential. Not just through tools or systems, but through people, process, and strategy.

That realization led me to create BACS Tech. It represents a new chapter—one where I use every lesson, every challenge, and every success from my career to help companies build stronger, smarter, and more resilient IT foundations.
